"Miz" is the name I use to describe a "Miss" in transition to being a "MRS" as it were. For those who are ready to be hooked and aren't yet and they feel like they do not want to be termed miss for too long can conveniently term themselves as "Miz"...
"CHA" is from the root word "CHARITY"... and the rest is history!
